Phil Ellerby...The Man Behind The Magic

Phil is a professionally qualified Accountant governed by the ACCA, he also remains a member of the Association of Accounting Technician who were the first governing body to recognise him as a professional accountant.

After qualifying as an accountant Phil went on to graduate with honours from Oxford University with a degree in Applied Accounting, adding an academic qualification to his professional status.

Phil has extensive experience in both industry and practice alike. After becoming disillusioned with the service he was 'allowed to deliver' to clients, he decided to take the first step in revolutionising the accountancy servicing offering available to SME's and Owner Managed Businesses by forming Northern Accountants Ltd.

A keen sports enthusiast Phil can often be found on the golf course or in one of the Director's boxes of Super League Clubs cheering on the Castleford Tigers.

Phil's primary love however, is spending time with his young and expanding family and socialising with friends.
